Job Description
Sr Design Ops Specialist
The Senior Design Operations Specialist will manage aspects of people, process and tools within the Digital Design Office. This role will work within cross-functional teams to oversee delivery of experience designs and across teams to help install foundational programs that drive day to day interactions. The DesignOps team is at the center of transforming ways of working and improving client experiences and to do so, this role will utilize change management skills, require strong communication and collaboration and should be familiar with modern digital delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and evolve strategies designed to optimize Design Office operations and performance.
- Own Journey delivery and manage one or more cross-functional teams by conducting prioritization discussions and organizing design, content, research and accessibility deliverables.
- Conduct Agile routines including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives for creative development planning and execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with technology partners, internal SME's, and vendors as needed to understand cross-project dependencies.
- Resource and capacity management to align talent with demand, balancing delivery and innovation.
- Support process development initiatives to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and governance of internal processes.
- Proactively identify risks and recommends alternative solutions when planned schedule is jeopardized.
- Advocate for UX and overall client experience.
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity and collaboration.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of Project, Program Management and/or experience within Design Operations or Creative teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge management and communications supporting process
- Research ops experience or working knowledge of research methodologies
- Vendor management and tools provisioning
- Familiar with UX Design and collaboration tools and comfortable interacting with JIRA, InVision, Figma, Sketch, Miro, and/or related
- Playbook and process documentation creation and governance supporting creative development
- Ease of capability to manage various initiatives, projects aligned to CX journeys
- Experience with managing project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and delivery

Base Pay Range: $110,900/yr. - $184,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
