Sr. Desktop Support

Description

We are looking for Desktop Support for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interact with third party vendors & contractors
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• SLA Management
• Flexibility in rotational shift (247)
• Track the incidents SLAs and quality standards KPIs actions needs to take care
• Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
