Sr. Developer - Tech Lead

We are seeking a passionate Senior Developer/Tech Leader to spearhead innovation and lead our dynamic team to new technological heights.

Responsabilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their goals and deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead teams of various sizes, providing project oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop innovative software and processes to address complex business challenges.
• Document and communicate requirements, progress, and solutions effectively.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and development practices.
• Ensure the quality of both product and process delivery.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, development processes, and business domains.
• Participate in and assist with directing the sales process for new business and potentially new clients.

Hard Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience; Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve technical challenges, and manage project quality.
• Involved in sales processes and creating work estimates.
• Experience/Expertise with developing complex software systems with production quality deployment, monitoring, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Ability to decompose complex business and technical problems and spearhead a team to solving those complex problems.
• Working knowledge of different enterprise and application architectures. 

Soft Skills

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and teams.
• Self-starter adept at creating structure in ambiguous environments.
