General Summary:

Unum Group seeks Sr. Digital Analytics Analysts/Specialists in Atlanta, GA.

The Sr. Digital Analytics Analyst/Specialist performs data profiling, data analysis, and data mapping in support of assigned business objectives. The primary, ongoing, specific responsibilities of the Digital Analytics Specialist include creating business intelligence tools and systems, databases and data models supporting moderate to complex data profiling, analysis, and mapping, including entity-relationship data designs that align with Unum's Enterprise Data Management Strategy and Architecture; designing a holistic approach for digital analytics and reporting across any/all channels (digital or traditional) to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on key activities to the Digital Experience team and the organization's leadership team; applying strong business acumen to drive analytics strategy put forth by the leadership team; building dashboards & reports in Google Analytics 360, Data Studio, and Tableau to drive insights to product teams; working on data prepping, cleansing & manipulation of data in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Big Query, GCP, etc.; using a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity & offline touchpoints such as call center data, CSAT data, etc.; conducting moderate to complex data profiling and analysis to evaluate data sources to determine the best source for business information; communicating insights and providing solutions; managing Digital analytics project initiatives; collaborating with web development, data analytics and business teams to reach objects; understanding the behavior and expectations of online/offline visitors; managing and supporting Digital analytics maintenance efforts; assisting with the rollout of product releases; assisting with administration and support requests; and setting up reporting dashboards in Tableau per business requirements. ***This position is based at Unum's Atlanta, GA location with the option to telecommute within a normal commuting distance approximately 2 days per week.***

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Requires 5 years of experience working as a Digital Analyst or related professional position working with online and offline data, building executive dashboards and telling data stories via Tableau, Qlik, or similar data visualization tool. All qualified candidates must have 3 years of experience working with Digital Analytics platforms; 3 years of experience writing SQL, or SQL-like, queries for data analysis, stitching data, prepping data, and analyzing complex datasets; experience leading program initiatives, influencing and shaping user experience through data and analytics, influencing the customers journey, channel performance, and ongoing results; experience working effectively with cross functional teams to achieve enterprise goals; and basic functional knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Angular & ReactJS frameworks.

40 hours/week; $131,061 - $149,050 per year. The wage range for this position supersedes the base salary range listed below, due to the salary range below reflecting a national range. The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$98,340.00-$192,280.00
