We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Analytics to join our team, where you will be directly supporting both the Digital Products & Marketing teams as an individual contributor to design, execute, and measure key strategic and tactical projects.

As a member of Evolus' Global Insights & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive customer engagement across our digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites. You will be responsible for providing insights that help shape our digital strategy, optimizing user experience, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction with the Evolus experience. As a marketing technology expert, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to set up, maintain, and advance Martech assets and processes within the organization to help power Evolus' growth. Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Lead the analytics and marketing tech function for digital customer engagement across mobile apps and websites
• Develop and implement analytics strategies that align with business objectives focusing on user behavior, customer journey, and digital engagement metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors across digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision in product development, UX/UI design, and marketing
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital engagement, providing regular reports and actionable insights
• Utilize a variety of analytics tools and techniques to track user engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics
• Implement A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize digital content & features
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics tools to continuously improve digital engagement strategies

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in digital analytics, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Proficiency utilizing analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot Analytics) to track user engagement, traffic, and attribution.
• Expertise in setting up pixels, UTMs, and Google Tag Manager.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on customer engagement.
• Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• CPG, Technology, Aesthetic, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech experience preferred.

• Office location - Newport Beach/HQ preferred open to remote with travel to HQ
• Position reports directly to our Director, Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence

Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay for this position is $142,700 to $185,560 annual salary. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications and more.
