Sr. Digital Category Manager - Walmart

Digital Category Manager primarily focus will be to advance Walmart's Digital & Omni retail experience across all platforms. The Digital Category Manager will serve as advisor to the Walmart Dog Main Meal Merchant Team and work with WM Site Experience Team to develop and execute aligned digital strategy, creating scalable processes to accelerate execution of taxonomy, search, attribution, item content and format. As the advisor you will develop and execute site experience audits, score-carding and test & learns designed to gain shopper insights and improve the overall digital and Omni experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased actionable insights and strategic category initiative recommendations to drive traffic, increase market share and improve efficiencies
• Collaborate with Brick & Mortar Category Managers to develop holistic, omni-channel category strategies to insure seamless shopper experience
• Build integrated Omni Category scorecards
• Conduct periodic Digital Store Walks and site Audits to ensure optimal site experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years Customer Development and Category Management/Shopper Insights experience
• MS degree in Business Administration or related field
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
• Strong eCommerce experience
