Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at our 1 Rewe Street, Brooklyn New York headquarters. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns and properties to promote the company and its products. This individual will work very closely with Senior Management, along with our Brand Managers and eCommerce Team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning. To be successful, the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager must have a proven track record of improving hard good sales on-line for a consumer products company. S/he must have the ability to think strategically. This person must possess a solid foundation in brand marketing, running consumer product on-line advertising campaigns and be able to analyze performance / data in order to drive sales and market position.
This is a "building" effort. We are looking for someone who can be both "hands-on", in the weeds, and be able to create, manage a highly effective digital marketing function.
Responsibilities:
- Create and strategize – Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate traffic and convert leads from all online properties. Lead, develop and manage all web campaigns, the marketing database, any email or social medial traffic and advertisements. Build and manage social media accounts and create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities.
- Measure – Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success.
- Optimize and iterate – Strategize brand, product and market effectiveness by developing goals both short and long-term.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing is required
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns
- Strong Familiarity with social media, paid advertising, SEO Optimization, consumer brand marketing, creating digital content, DTC web site design, content and copy, Google Analytics, and highly effective on-line marketing strategies
- Possess strong analytical skills, communication skills, relationship building skills and work well / make friends with others!
- Proven experience and success in a similar position
This is a fully on-site position at 1 Rewe Street, Brooklyn NY (M-F, 9am-6pm).
