Sr. Digital Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Digital Business Development team at our ZF location in Livonia, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Execution support for Product Digitalization:

• Provide day to day support in managing the Product Digitalization strategy planning and coordination activities globally
• Plan, organize and execute Global Strategic Programs (Board of Management sessions, Digital Events, Customer co-creation workshops, etc.)
• Support the development of department goals, target objectives, KPI's, Success Measures
• Develop content and presentations for executive meetings (Board of Management, Executive Management, CEO meetings, etc.)
• Ensure follow-up of actions from various meetings and interdependencies for digital initiatives are managed

Communications:

• Develop necessary and appropriate communication tools to promote the digital transformation agenda within and outside the company
• Support the management geographically spread teams to stay on track with the overall purpose - through preparation, facilitation and execution of leadership meetings (i.e. agenda, facilitation, help define KPI and targets, meeting minutes, tracking of actions, etc.)
• Effectively communicate and maintain key relationships vertically within the Digital team and horizontally throughout the worldwide ZF organization
• Develop presentations for various target audiences as required
• Maintain communication with other cross functional teams within the broader ZF organization (i.e. IT, R&D, etc.) to deliver a seamless overall execution of Digital Transformation agenda
• Listen, consult and relay audience's concerns and perspectives

Internal & External Events:

• Plan and coordinate key Digital Transformation Meetings and Events like annual Digital Convention, Employee Innovation Challenges, Employee Pitch Nights, etc.
• Prepare for external events and Customer Workshops - develop presentations, speaker notes, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA graduates preferred)
• At least 6 years of related experience, including gathering and translating business, consumer, cultural, and social insights into actionable implications and strategies
• Must have experience supporting C-Level / Sr. executives in Strategy Planning & Development activities
• Software Development background
• Experience in working with global outsourcing partners
• Good communication and facilitation skills; Strong business orientation, focus on Digital as a strategic business enabler, systematic approach to problem solving
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills across global / matrix relationship set-ups
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate well on all levels

• Ability to multi-task in a flexible environment and patience to work under pressure

• Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an accelerated timeframe
