The opportunity
The Senior Director Channel Solutions Success (SDCSS) is a key leader on the Global Ecosystem Solutions (GES) group at Pluralsight. The role is envisioned to be part of a larger force encompassing resource leadership responsibilities with intended GTM growth from GES. Pluralsight is advancing the world's technology workforce with each new implementation and opportunity. GES is investing in deliberate steps toward driving Pluralsight to become the world's most trusted technology workforce development partner and operating system through designing partnerships that increase ecosystem value for all participants. A chief component of that value will be derived from adjacency solutions and partner offerings requiring strategic input and market insights capabilities that span the domains of both technology solutions, L&D and customer success and services delivery. This proficiency based background is vital for GES to help craft, execute, integrate and ultimately support solutioning collaboration efforts that are intended to unlock material value for Pluralsight and the partner together. These models, solutions, and products will drive outstanding application specific "sell-with" and "sell-thru" bookings for Pluralsight and the various ecosystem partners intent on experiencing end multiplier value. The SSSA will design and execute on inherently unique, partner solution success, support and services GTM needs. The GTM components of success must be crafted with a level of extensive solution, services and industry knowhow in order for Pluralsight, GES and our 3rd party partner organizations to uniquely do business together and grow mutually beneficial value streams through bringing aboard additional resources as the maturity of a GTM motion evolves. These components of GTM value delivered from Pluralsight and GES must integrate into and with select partners such as cloud platforms (public and industry specific), functionally specific software applications along with LMS/LXP platforms in order to better facilitate GTM alignment. This role will complete key workflows initially proving them out and improving them for the benefit of Tier 1 GTM partners and customers such as Accenture. The scope of that work will include but not be limited to the oversight of third party delivered consulting services by and with GTM partners. This is an exciting and entrepreneurial role which combines aspects of both individual contribution and strategic consulting with additional external resources as a key component towards our remit of doubling target group GES revenues year over year.

- Capability to lead a lot of engagement, coordinate it, and then prioritize, to make sure the most significant and impactful deliverables are met.
- Understand and continuously improve capabilities and processes for future success and work within existing processes and functional organizations across Pluralsight for collaborative execution
What you'll do
- Design and deliver success and support solutions for GES Tier 1 Selling unit customers (Accenture, AWS, PwC, Verizon GTM Channel, OEMs, ...)
- Lead solution design of derivative offerings and services that are relevant for specific partner types and PS products, customizing and performing them for specific partners
- Participate in a hands-on fashion enablement, onboarding and support for new and existing partnerships and alliances.
- Be responsible for certain aspects of key technical and learning pedagogy relationships with the partner and operate as their trusted advisor and consultant.
- Collaborate with your Global Ecosystem Solutions, Pluralsight, and partner counterparts.
- Show proficiency on the Pluralsight platform and how its component parts can be packaged to deliver partner and customer results.
- Show strength with our solutions and offerings, communicating how they build positive relationships between the partners and their customers
Experience you'll need
- 10+ years professional experience related to product management, consulting, services delivery, customer support, success and engagement
- MBA or business or education/teaching degree preferred
- Consistent track record of delivering excellence of services and support to customers
- Experience in the tech and/or education industry is a plus, especially SaaS
- Up to 35% of travel
