Business Area & the role
• Electrolux provides consumers with holistic experiences made up of Products, Accessories, Consumables, Services, and Software, that can make a positive impact in their lives and to the planet.• This role is responsible for making engaging directly with us the preferred choice of our consumers by developing the strategy and executing key touchpoints including Frigidaire.com/Electrolux.com, our outbound direct consumer communications (i.e. email, direct mail), our unboxing consumer experience, our service & repair consumer experience, and our owner self-help strategy and content in partnership with a cross-functional global and North America team. • The Sr. Director, Consumer Journey will be a consumer/owner and brand expert for both Electrolux and Frigidaire brands, so that we deliver the right consumer experience to the right consumer target.
• This person will lead a team of colleagues with diverse skillsets and be responsible for their career growth and development, achieved through continuous feedback and coaching.
Job responsibilities • Develop the North America strategy for role of brand.com, loyalty & CRM and website template that aligns to the global strategy for same• Develop and operate Frigidaire.com, Electrolux.com, and Electroluxfamilystore.com for US and Canada, to ensure a good experience for our 20+ million site sessions per year. Ensure website experimentation (CRO+) is core to site operations. Own backlog prioritization for the sites.• Partner with Direct-to-Consumer organization to ensure strong etailing experience on our sites and optimize conversion/sales.• SEO strategy and execution to continuously increase organic traffic to sites• Set the consumer touchpoint development roadmap for North America. In partnership with global Consumer Journey team, define where touchpoints should be common in design/execution/operation across business areas, and where they should differ.• Define and deploy North America strategy to grow product registration; partner with global team to develop and execute global enablers for product registration and marketing opt in• GDP (global data platform) and CDP (consumer data platform) execution, deployment and audience creation • Outbound communications planning and execution for US and Canada. Develop and deploy capability in CRM and CDP usage for outbound communications.• Within the touchpoint roadmap, prioritize, plan and execute optimal branded consumer experiences in areas such as unboxing, service & repair, owner self help content, etc. in line with our global branded consumer experience principles• Be an integrated member of the North America Marketing Leadership team (LT), the North America Consumer Direction Interaction LT, and the Global Consumer Journey LT. • Ensure the consumer and brand is always in focus as we develop and deploy initiatives, while still delivering on key business objectives• Work with global team to continuously share NA best practices and deploy best practices from other business areas• All other duties, as required
Reporting to: • This role will dual report to the VP, NA Marketing and the SVP, NA Consumer Direct Interaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline required, MBA strongly preferred• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing and digital experience required; durable marketing, etailing and/or loyalty marketing experience strongly preferred• Minimum 5 years of people leader experience • Proven ability to implement brand strategies based on consumer insights• Proven ability to leverage data driven decision making to positively impact business results• Outstanding oral & written communication skills; strong presentation skills with ability to engage an audience• Demonstrated track record of influencing priorities and motivating cross-functional partners for support
