DEI Representation & Insights
The Sr Dir, DEI Representation & Insights role is responsible for leveraging enterprise talent as a competitive advantage to create value for our customers and community. Reporting directly into the Head of DE&I Strategy and Programs leader this role will build the data story for DEI and provide dedicated, proactive Affirmative Action planning support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Affirmative Action Planning and programming: relationship management of OFCCP, and other external key relationships
- Analyzes enterprise DEI metrics and creates strategies around trends
- Leverages workforce data to support survey awards, RFPs and other appropriate uses
- Partners with people analytics on pay equity analysis and communication strategy
- Develops workplace enhancements and strategies
- Broad responsibility to analyze data and research global DEI trends, manage dashboards and configure reports to gauge the success of DEI strategies and initiatives aimed at improving workforce representation and equity
- Collaborates with key stakeholders including Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, Total Rewards and Legal, Risk and Compliance to achieve the organization's objectives
- Consults on the development and implementation of operational diversity and inclusion plans to support the organization's employees and managers
- Responsible for delivering work focused on supporting compliance with employment diversity regulations
- Consult on representation goal implementation with key stakeholders (Talent Attraction, People Analytics and support self-identification campaigns
- Manage data to support surveys, awards, RFPs and other ways workforce data is shared
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' DEI strategy experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years' DEI strategy experience
- Experience managing affirmative action plans
- Excellent strategic and tactical skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and translate analyses into insights and recommendations
- Data storytelling experience
- Design and implementation of enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion metrics to monitor company's progress
- Demonstrated success building strong relationships and external partnerships
- Excellent written communication and consultation skills
- Strong executive presentation design and delivery
Related Skills
Base Pay Range: $160,000/yr. - $205,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
