Lookout is looking for a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our global digital marketing team. As the Sr. Director of Global Digital Marketing Strategy the ideal candidate will lead the growth and digital marketing teams to create strategic demand generation initiatives to drive awareness, generate quality leads, and activate scalable demand programs that impact the sales pipeline and recurring revenue growth.
He/she will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels, including the website. He/she will also lead strategies to help increase velocity through the funnel with demand programs and experiences that prioritize the prospect while driving revenue. He/she will create programs to qualify leads and orchestrate customer outreach. This includes managing our digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an enterprise-scale team, with a track record of developing and executing impactful B2B digital marketing programs focused on growing net new logos and expanding our footprint with existing customers
- Drive qualified interest into the sales funnels by identifying and nurturing prospects while accelerating velocity and increasing conversion rates through the funnel to influence and drive revenue
- Define the strategies and execution for scalable demand programs across multiple channels and global regions to reliably and sustainably contribute to marketing sourced pipeline
- Develop an account based marketing (ABM) strategy that’s efficient, scalable, and in-line with sales targets and ideal customer profiles
- Analyze digital campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps
- Manage our digital experience and buyer journey touchpoints including the global Lookout.com websites, delivering enhanced interactions, deeper engagement, and higher conversions
- Provide strategic guidance on marketing technologies, our Tech Stack, and optimize vendors and integrations to enhance output and budgets
- Work with Marketing Ops to nurture leads better, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improve database quality
- Provide strategic guidance to regional field marketing teams on industry best practices for demand tactics, optimal marketing mix, tools/software, and strategies to scale outbound/inbound sales programs, sales enablement, and outreach playbooks
- Lead, coach, and mentor our highly effective Demand Generation team
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with proven success in revenue acquisition, demand generation, and growth marketing leadership roles at a SaaS, cloud security, and/or high-growth tech business
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused B2B demand programs and campaigns
- Proven experience managing global digital agencies to success.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation best practices, industry trends, digital marketing, programmatic ABM, and campaign frameworks
- Expert in lead scoring models and nurture campaigns, marketing attribution, and the demand funnel
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically program measurement and ROI analysis, with presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand security technology and serve as an excellent communicator – both written and orally
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing tools and sales automation systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce
