Sr. Director, Global Finance & Reporting

As aSr. Director, Global Finance & Reporting you will rbe responsible for producing high quality management reporting around Flash, Forecasts, Budgets, produce meaningful analysis to support financial reporting.  Liaise with financial leadership globally to foster success in understanding and compliance in areas of GF&R responsibility.  Assist the SVP in areas of GF&R Administration.

• Support ongoing senior management reporting related to Flash, Forecasts, Budgets, Analysis, Planning, etc.
• Liaise with Financial leadership globally to promote better understanding and compliance regarding GF&R areas of responsibility.
• Central administration of GF accounting areas including Restructuring/Integration, central provisions, accounting and reporting coordination to ensure high-level global collaboration.
• TOA Guidance, Administration and Development.
• Oversee the Intercompany Billings function
• Ad hoc analysis as required.

• Minimum of (10) years of finance experience
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Ability to interact with senior-level executives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SME Systems (SAP, BPC, IP, TOA, etc.)
• Experience with Planful preferrable
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and delegate/coordinate assignments
