The primary role of the Marketing Management function is to oversee all the areas within marketing for a location, division, or business unit. Be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategy for the ResMed products in cooperation with the regions, MarComms and in alignment with global strategy. Key deliverables include, planning to implementation of all marketing activities necessary to meet company's top line and bottom line growth, profitability targets and both internal organic and external growth.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Lead Generation: Leverage data-driven customer segmentation and targeting, lead generation and installed base campaigns as well as a strong partnership with sales to maximize market penetration. Create ongoing integrated campaigns and measure the response to inform continuous improvement and optimize over time. Work closely with sales leadership to develop a meaningful pipeline and win new business.

  • Positioning: Position the organization as a leading technology provider across post-acute care, developing a differentiated value proposition that clearly projects to all audiences (customers, prospects, influencers, associations, etc.) across market segments the competitive advantage of Brightree.

  • Transform Marketing: The goal is to build a world-class marketing organization that drives growth, scale and velocity. This requires collaborating across functions (i.e. business vertical leadership, product management, sales, customer success, marketing teams) to redefine marketing for the HME and HI segments to support the changing needs of the business and growth goals.

Skills, experience, technical/professional qualifications:

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant discipline, MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • You are an innovative and resourceful business leader who is fluent in the latest thought leadership and best practices around B2B marketing as it relates to a SaaS business.
  • You have deep industry expertise, across technology and healthcare, and experience working in mid- to large-size organizations.
  • You will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of building and leading world-class marketing teams.
  • High energy and passion for marketing and driving business growth coupled with a proven track record that demonstrates positive results
  • Comfortable with data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and lead gen programs and prepare executive briefings
  • Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Team: Manage and coach a team of direct reports to support the work you are leading. Create a high performing team environment where individuals can contribute, develop their careers, and there are clear succession plans in place for key positions

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

198,000.00 - 248,000.00 - 298,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
