Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy

Job Description

The Senior Director of Marketing Strategy will set the plan and focus for the marketing team which includes category and field marketing, brand, content, creative and marketing operations. They will work closely with the eCommerce and Product Management team to deliver GTM plans, omnichannel campaigns, manage data and marketing technologies.

This person will work cross functionally with product management teams, eCommerce, Sales Enablement and Sales to help drive the success of our go to market strategy in the b2b space. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and Product Brands.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development and growth of marketing team, maturing the skill sets and finding the right roles to fully build out a high performing b2b organization
• Leads the development, planning, execution and reporting of 360 marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns. Demonstrates the revenue impact of these programs through financial performance analysis
• Work cross functionally with product management, ecommerce, sales enablement and sales functions to ensure go to market strategies are launched and running
• Oversees corporate brand strategy, builds brand equity and drives brand building for ODP Business Solutions

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Econ or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or related field
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.
• Matrix-org experience, high degree of collaboration, ability to tell marketing stories with financial impacts.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in identifying, developing marketing strategy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners within a diverse organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Sound management and administrative abilities.
