Job Summary
The Sr. Director, Mnemonic is responsible for overall direction of Mnemonic, Effectv’s in-house creative agency, that plans, develops, and produces video creative and brand campaigns for select advertising clients. This leader oversees a team of 75+ creative directors, creative leads, and editors across the country who are partnering with the Sales team to develop advertising campaigns for local, regional, and national businesses for all industries (such Automotive, Home Improvement, Healthcare, Legal, etc.). They will ensure Mnemonic’s business strategy and objectives are aligned with the greater Effectv organization, forecasting and meeting budget to drive revenue, and maintains a standard of high quality brand campaigns that deliver outcomes for our clients.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Ensures Mnemonic is aligned with Effectv’s operating plan by partnering with cross functional leaders in teams such as Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Operations, and Product
- Oversees a team of leaders that are responsible for managers and individual contributors (roles ranging from editors to producers) who partner directly with Effectv’s advertising clients.
- Identify best practices and workflow process for Mnemonic while leveraging systems and tools (Salesforce, Airtable, etc..) to achieve consistency at scale.
- Partners with Finance team to forecast creative revenue, manage margins, set goals, manage expense budget, and ensure we hit revenue objectives.
- Assess business performance and insights from advertiser campaigns to form strategies of where to focus the creative team’s resources, develop tactics to drive new business, grow business, and reduce churn
- Owns and drives high profile creative campaigns and projects (both internally and externally)
- Gather feedback from teams like Sales and Customer Experience to enhance Mnemonic’s go-to-market approach, customer satisfaction, and quality of work
- Monitor creative and brand trends, insights, and strategies to meet the changing customer landscape
- Partners with internal stakeholders to grow the Mnemonic brand through the creation and placement of advertising strategies
- Mentors, develops, and guides team members to foster personal and professional growth among team and peers. Establishes a high performing culture grounded in diversity and inclusion, partnership, and growth mindset.
- Reviews and communicates progress of all assigned operational projects and meeting planned deadlines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $151,417.18 USD - $227,125.77 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
