About the Role:
Beyond Finance is looking for a Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing focused on driving growth and efficiency of our best-in-class affiliate marketing program. Here, you will lead the channel, working closely with stakeholders to maximize performance.. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the marketing team and have a large impact on company goals. Â
We are seeking candidates for this remote or onsite position who possess a proactive, competitive spirit, are analytical, can structure and negotiate competitive marketing programs, and are driven by performance. Additionally, this experienced candidate is detail-oriented, execution-minded, and continuously seeks opportunities to drive growth, innovation, and efficiency at all stages of the marketing funnel. This position reports into marketing leadership and works cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and sales teams.Â
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a strategic roadmap that advances the capability, growth, efficiency, and diversification of an industry-leading affiliate marketing program. Â
- Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance-based affiliate and partnership marketing efforts.Â
- Working closely with members of the affiliate marketing team, monitor, manage, and optimize campaigns based on daily, weekly, and monthly performance data and marketplace trends.Â
- Provide ongoing account management across our network of marketing partners; providing a high level of engagement to advance performance.Â
- Drive competitive research and keep your finger on the pulse of the industry and across the affiliate landscape.Â
- Lead the testing of new messaging, creative and customer experience to drive improved performance. Â
- Collaborate with product, sales, analytics, operations, finance, and creative on campaigns and efforts to drive performance towards targeted KPIs.Â
- Negotiate, structure, and implement competitive compensation models across affiliate partners, adjusting as necessary to maximize growth and efficiency. Â
- Effectively communicate channel, partner, and subID-level performance and provide actionable insight internally and with each respective partner.Â
- Responsible for overseeing and reconciling monthly billing and partnership payments in close collaboration with marketing operations and finance.Â
- Deliver against aggressive growth and efficiency targets.Â
- Manage ongoing forecasting and planning in close collaboration with key stakeholders.Â
What We Look For
- 7-10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing managing a diverse group of programs and marketing partners, both online and offline. Â
- Demonstrated history of delivering performance against large marketing budgets.
- Experience leveraging affiliate marketing platforms such as Cake,Impact, Everflow, Hasoffers, or similar.Â
- Deep experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, creative, analytics, and sales.Â
- Data driven with strong analytical problem solving skills and a consistent record of using data to make decisions.Â
- Strong understanding of the affiliate and performance marketing landscape, both online and offline with proven experience in direct response. Â
- Experience developing, testing, and optimizing creative, messaging, experience, and targeting to advance performance.Â
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems, and take ownership across the entire funnel.Â
- Enthusiastic attitude; willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive performance where needed.Â
- Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically-driven, and fast-paced environment.
- Prior financial services lead generation experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred.
