Job Summary

As a senior member of the global Talent Management team, the Senior Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion (DEI)- will lead the evolution of Flex's global DEI strategy, planning & execution. As the steward of a mission-critical focus area for Flex, you will work hand in hand with HR and executive leaders to lead the design and development of our DEI strategy and supporting programming to create an inclusive culture and a fair and equitable employee experience.

This role will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders on the best practices and actions to increase diverse representation, retention, and development. This role will work closely with other HR leaders to inspect and design an equitable talent infrastructure and supporting mechanisms for hiring, promotion and performance management across different dimensions of diversity. Additionally, this role will build engagement and empowerment for diverse groups through maturing our ERGs and building manager capability broadly in managing differences and creating a sense of belonging on their team.

This position is ideally based in Austin, TX or San Jose, CA, but we are open to remote options for the right candidate (regular travel to these locations will be required, as policies/practices permit).
