Sr. Director of Growth Marketing

We are now accepting applications for a senior-level Director to define and lead our new customer acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role interacting directly with NinjaTrader's CMO, executive leadership, and other senior leaders across the organization.
NinjaTrader is going through a period of rapid growth and is committed to investing and expanding our marketing capabilities. You would play a crucial role in that expansion by setting the marketing acquisition roadmap, building the team and delivering on the growth goals for the firm. About You:
This data-driven, growth-minded leader will be responsible for scaling our Acquisition/Growth Marketing Team, driving strategy, setting priorities, expanding capability and delivering on ambitious revenue goals.
You should be passionate about performance marketing and have a proven background deploying a data-driven approach to deliver positive ROI marketing. You should be both hands-on with the details and able to articulate the big picture. You should be an exceptional leader that can build strong relationships, and a strong communicator who is comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization.
In this role you will:
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team and manage external resources/agencies where relevant
  • Oversee, manage and maximize returns on all paid media initiatives across Google Search, Display, Paid Social, programmatic, affiliate and other digital media campaigns
  • Lead performance tracking and calibration to drive decision making around budget allocations and forecasts and ensure that spend is appropriately allocated to tactics with optimal returns and efficiency
  • Test and grow new acquisition channels and activities to improve overall marketing performance and efficiency
  • Help drive a culture of innovation, constant optimization and testing
  • Build systems for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of campaigns and business, using data and analytics to assess against our critical metrics
  • Work with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure we're generating the right type of demand, and determine business process implications as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of customer acquisition experience (financial services preferrable) with strong skills in managing page media campaigns
  • Proven track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets and a love for optimizing results
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, programmatic media, etc.
  • Familiarity with App store optimization (ASO) strategies
  • An understanding of the evolving Mobile/MarTech space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels
  • Data and analytics obsessed - ability to quickly develop, measure and optimize marketing programs against quantitative frameworks
  • Ability to concept and implement A/B tests on creative, ad copy and targeting
  • Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills to inform, encourage and implement impactful marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Must effectively manage workloads to meet deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically and efficiently multitask
  • Must be confident in presenting work to senior-level executives, team members, and internal stakeholders-answering questions and articulating information to the rest of the team
