Sr. Director of Product

About Your Role 

As Sr. Director of Product at Navix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our product vision and roadmap to create the best-in-class freight audit application. You will lead our Product team, and drive the innovation, development, and execution of product strategies while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.  

What You'll Do 

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. 
• Oversee the entire product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of products. Prioritize features, and improvements, and delegate to product team. 
• Work cross-functionally with our commercial, operational, and engineering teams to identify problems, align on optimal solutions, and oversee delivery execution and messaging. 
• Define product area KPIs to measure feature success or failure, using these key insights to inform and refine product roadmap and strategy. 
• Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Lead, mentor and coach an agile and high performing product management team.  

What You'll Bring 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management leadership, with a proven track record of success launching, managing, and continuously improving products. 
• 3+ years of experience in the freight or logistics industry.  
• Ideally 2+ years in invoice audit, invoice creation, TMS or other freight experience.  
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and growing a collaborative and high performing team.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all seniority levels. 
• Proficient with data tools – Excel, SQL, Power BI, and similar platforms. 
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
