Brightree ReSupply offers multiple software platforms to Home Medical Equipment providers to help them efficiently supply their patients with critical medical supplies across a variety of disease states. We are transforming the way millions of patients, their physicians, payers and providers interact to improve health outcomes for patients and the financial stability of the U.S. healthcare system. The Senior Director of Professional Services will lead a highly motivated and thriving team of professional services team members focused on employee engagement, organizational collaboration, and financial objectives. The Professional Services team is currently organized with the following functions: Project Management, Consulting, Training and Implementation Services.The Professional Services will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, strong professional verbal and written communication skills, and analysis abilities.

Let's talk about Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive the overall vision and strategic plan for the Professional Services teams.
  • Work closely with Sales to set the strategy for implementing customers
  • Deliver transformational leadership by enhancing the motivation and performance of the Professional Services team.
  • Accomplish challenging financial, customer and project success objectives
  • Ensure successful delivery and execution of all customer interactions within Professional Services
  • Build collaborative relationships with other Brightree teams, specifically Product Management, Development, Sales, Operations and Customer Success
  • Enhance company reputation, credibility and visibility around the fulfillment of robust client implementations involving the consulting and delivery of products and services
  • Develop innovative, compelling and successful consulting package offerings
  • Develop the Brightree ReSupply consulting business through the implementation of programs to maximize customer satisfaction, product usage, and company's revenues.
  • Directs the development and monitoring of Professional Services strategy, OKRs, performance standards, and priorities
  • Act as Executive Sponsor for key client projects

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience leading teams responsible for Professional Services.
  • Professional Services management experience leading a successful PS practice with revenue and profitability objectives in an enterprise software environment
  • Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives
  • End-to-end knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
  • Knowledge of SaaS implementations, system workflows and implementation best practices.
  • Experience working across a matrixed organization to drive successful company and customer outcomes.
  • Strong work ethic, passion for what you are doing with a sense of urgency
  • Leadership skills including ability to manage customer expectations and drive results for the Professional Services ReSupply team
  • Data driven and process oriented with a high level of drive towards execution
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
  • Ability to lead through change and adapt to changes in the healthcare market.
  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, delegation, planning & organization, and judgment
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to expose their ideas and proposals to the feedback of the management team to achieve buy-in and use their insights to build better plans for the Professional Services organization.
  • Good organizational and planning skills that include being proactive and embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement
  • Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel - expected 20-30%

Preferred:

  • MBA
  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Deep Salesforce.com experience
  • Smartsheet knowledge and experience
