Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Payor Engagement has direct responsibility for the Client Engagement and Data processes associated with Sharecare's Audit Client base. This position serves as the people manager for the Payor Engagement Team who manage the relationships, internal communication, workflow, progress and completion of Audit Line of Business contracts for Sharecare HDS. This position also serves as the people manager for the Payor Data team who manages data sharing processes between Clients and Sharecare and has responsibility for all process management within the audit workflows.
This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to bring alignment of actions to short- and long-term goals and be front-facing with external customers in either a direct or escalated manner. To be successful, one must be service oriented, adaptable and flexible, organized and consistently work with high levels of integrity and respect.
*This is a remote position that can be located anywhere within the United States.
Essential Job Functions:
* Collaborate with leadership and broader team to develop the roadmap for the program that align to the strategic priorities of the Sharecare, HDS and Audit teams.
* Act as the day-to-day manager and leader of Audit Account Management team, exhibiting deep domain expertise and experience working with Health Plans, Aggregators and other Payors
* Serve as Voice of Customer to all Sharecare partners including but not limited to Operations, Sales and IT
* Track key metrics and performance of all client relationships and audit team key processes
* As assigned, directly manage client engagements for strategic level audit clients.
* Operate as the point of escalation for clients and team members
* Ensure mastery understanding of all internal and external data and reporting
* Communicate and collaborate with sales on customer agreement specifics including but not limited to volume forecasts/capacity, production planning and other proposed client SLAs
* Prepare, proof and edit documents and spreadsheets
* Serve as a back-up for all team members as necessary
* Attend and participate in client meetings; virtually and in person
* Ability to travel to client and internal meetings may be required
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in health plan operations with specific focus on audit client use cases (CMS Risk Adjustment and/or Quality Programs)
* Bachelors' degree preferred
* Strong Conscious Leadership skills
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Mastery level understanding of measurements and KPIs as key path to drive accountability and ownership
* Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with clients, providers and internal partners
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
* Ability to travel within the United States as needed
