The Opportunity
Drive global enablement strategy and programs to develop sales, success, leader skills including our multi-product portfolio and soft skills specific to the roles, segments and regions. The enablement strategy should address the needs of GTM company OKRs, Revenue OKRs and Enablement OKRs. This role requires the leader to establish the framework of required competencies across the different revenue roles, align to our vision and mission and engage in laying out a roadmap including enablement initiatives, adoption metrics and business impact KPIs. The role will lead the team in implementing sales enablement methodologies, practices and disciplines to drive effective, high quality and multi-modality enablement.

What you'll own:
  • Drive and contribute to the global enablement strategy in order to build skills based on the GTM priorities for all revenue roles
  • Drive operational rigor im implementing the Enablement calendar, create programs to train revenue teams based on business needs/changes
  • Define business impact KPIs to correlate enablement programs to expansion, retention and net new KPIS
  • Integrates with the business using data and partnerships to understand the current challenges and proactively uses Enablement function to address these.
  • Strategize, Propose and Develop new programs aligned to OKRs and drive teams to create new enablement programs and project manage all content development for the appropriate revenue roles
  • Propose and implement best practices associated with content development, project management and experience being delivered through multi-modalities available to deliver enablement
  • Establish agreements and partnerships within the team and cross-functionally to drive effective creation and rollout of all initiatives
  • Establish engagement with executive stakeholders to capture new requirements and feedback on enablement delivered
  • Bring recommendations of expansion and upsell strategies to maximize PS revenue for both Flow & Skills and develop new approaches to impact skills
  • Develop and drive consistent program frameworks for enablement initiatives including charter, program goals, project plan and metrics associated with adoption and impact
  • Develop Leader programs for a global rollout based on a well planned roadmap for all leader roles and prioritize execution of leader enablement offerings across the regions and roles
  • Responsible for driving creation of enablement assets such as playbooks including narratives, buyers/cohorts, value props, objection handling and other components to develop skills
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with product marketing in order to execute seamlessly within the process of client facing and enablement content creation

Experience you'll need:
  • Has been in a sales enablement related role for 5+ years and has been in leadership position for 3+ years
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Success roles, processes and technologies
  • Strong experience in Revenue roles and acumen to build relevance
  • Strong skills in enablement program management, delivery or enablement and curriculum creation
  • Strong acumen in business processes, roles and learning needs
  • Collaboration, Presentation, Communication skills
