Job Description

As a Sr. Director, Sales Enablement at Corcentric, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and leading programs and initiatives that equip sales team members with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve sales objectives and key results. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle learning journey, from new hire onboarding programs, to change management, to ongoing sales training and skills development, driving transformation of sales training programs to be impactful, engaging, and outcome-focused, with the aim of optimizing organizational selling agility and revenue performance.

This key position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is a critical leader within the Global Sales organization. We're a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

As a Sr. Director, Sales Enablement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing engaging new hire onboarding and training programs for the sales organization
  • Creating resources, guides, and training initiatives that elevate seller effectiveness, and enable an efficient sales process
  • Aligning training programs to evolving customers buying processes, evolving towards executive level customer audiences and "Office of the CFO" sales strategy
  • Partnering closely with the Sales Leadership to identify resource gaps, prioritizing opportunities to create and optimize sales training programs and materials supporting effective, streamlined sales processes
  • Providing training programs focusing on relevant industry skill, knowledge, and tools needed to improve pipeline, increase opportunity velocity and conversion
  • Establishing sales learning levels of achievement (i.e. certification), comprehensive of industry-best practices and general high-producing sales executive competencies.
  • Overseeing implementation of new sales training programs and relevant change management
  • Defining, measuring, and reporting on relevant metrics, correlating sales learning initiatives with relevant sales performance outcomes and business impacts, illustrating success of sales learning programs


Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • Extensive experience in a Sales Enablement leadership role
  • Demonstrable experience in Sales Enablement program design and delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant adult learning methodologies
  • Advanced training skills, with the ability to create and present engaging, relevant sales training content
  • Relevant industry experience in a B2B Sales environment, either within SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services Software, or a similar space
  • Experience successfully leading both enablement for a mid-sized sales organization
  • Professional, approachable communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
  • The ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Excellent Organizational skills, with effective program management acumen
