Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Director of Service Delivery to join our Investor Communication Solutions organization. We are seeking a business-minded, technically oriented leader who has the energy, edge, and execution capability to drive our technology transformation.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

• Deliver sophisticated development and infrastructure projects timely, on-budget and with a high degree of quality to support revenue-generating applications.
• Set performance objective for their team and matrixed teams to ensure growth and development.
• Dedication to continuous process improvement by suggesting new ways of solving problems.
• Developing the team's skills set by setting long-term development goals to ensure they have the skills for future growth.
• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment where you're required to seek multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
• Demonstrable experience acting as a Champion of a growing organization, building out new Service Delivery and Site Reliability Engineering teams to execute new solution offerings from ground up.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior leaders and technical and non-technical team members alike.
• Ability to stay on top of current and new industry trends, technologies, standard methodologies in various platform like Cloud Platform (AWS, IBM, Azure etc.), Docker Micro Service Containers as it relates to SD/SRE and share this information with others

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of experience of service delivery support of Tier 1 Financial Application Infrastructure (AWS, IBM Cloud, Docker Container, and 3 tier architecture)
• 8+ years in a leadership role including experience driving a team while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives.
• 5+ years' experience with automation preferably Site Reliability Engineering with DevOps
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to teamwork; able to work well in a multi-functional, matrix management environment.
• Understanding of Windows, Unix, Network, Storage, and databases
