Sr. Director, Strategic Marketing VII (M7) - Hybrid
Job Description
- Provides leadership and direction through senior managers and executives for assessing existing and potential markets.
- Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments.
- Develops and articulates strategies to meet business objectives for global group within a business unit.
- Accountable for the performance and results of global group within a business unit to integrate products into a coherent portfolio of products focused on the market.
- Manages portfolio like a "product" (business plan, positioning, buying process, market requirements, and marketing plan).
- Has "guru" understanding to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations and recommendations.
- Directs and controls the activities of global functional area and selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Maps the needs within targeted global markets and analyzes abstract market segmentations and determines which segments to actively pursue.
- Works with management team to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization's strategic goals for global group.
- Creates company global product strategies that is integrated with AMAT products.
- Illustrates the vision and key phases of deliverables for products for global functional area.

U.S. Salary Range:
$200,000.00 - $275,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
