Job Description

The Microsoft Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business solutions using the full stack of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint. They will serve as a hands-on developer within an Agile development team that is part of a large modernization program. Responsiblites include: 

• Work with business analysts and customers to understand business requirements.
• Develop solutions for more complex user stories.
• Implement, configure, and customize the Dynamics/Power Platform and Portal/Power Pages.
• Leverage Power Platform and other means to integrate into Azure services.
• Assist less senior developers.
• Supporting testing of applications.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of IT systems development experience
• At least 2 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing complex business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform
• Intermediate to Expert level skils in the following:
  • C# Programming Language
  • Dynamics Development – Configuration, Plug-ins, Web Resources
  • Dynamics Customizations & Security
  • JavaScript
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Integrations with external applications
• Strong experience and knowledge of Agile development processes

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Portal/Power Pages (highly preferred)
• Experience with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) Development
• Experience with Microsoft Fluent UI
• Microsoft Power Platform certification
• Experience with Canvas Apps Development
• Azure PaaS development experience
• Experience with Solution Packaging and Continuous Integration
• Experience supporting federal government customers
• Active federal government public trust clearance
