We focus all hiring efforts in a few states and within driving distance of an office location to enable in-person collaboration when and where possible. Priority hiring locations are Scottsdale, AZ, Illinois, NY tri-state metro area (New Jersey, New York and Connecticut) and San Francisco, CA. On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose

Leads the company through large scale change initiatives with a thorough understanding of the challenges in the current state and goals of the future state with a risk management mindset.

Essential Functions

• Interfaces with a diverse group of stakeholders to define change requirements and success criteria for identified opportunities.
• Engages with the company's senior and executive leadership to provide insights and counsel based on a broad awareness of the company's strategic goals and operating rhythms.
• Facilitates collaboration across organizations to timely deliver results as designed.
• Ensures the company operates within its risk appetite as it explores and delivers change.
• Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• 15 years of change management leadership
• Ability to develop and operationalize new solutions within the change management process.
• Intellectually curious and well-versed in the company's strategy and risk management goals.
• Detail oriented and able to create insights for the company's leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading large scale organizational change programs / projects.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to deal effectively with ambiguity and change.
• Highly engaged, self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance achieving business results, fostering collaboration, and influencing business strategies.
• Background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
