Sr. Email Marketing Associate - Chase Travel
Job Description
To be successful in this role, you would proactively plan email marketing calendars in collaboration with cross-functional partners, implement email messaging that pulls through Chase Travel promotional strategy, think critically to maximize results, be extremely organized, and have excellent communications skills with the ability to influence others.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Chase Travel email marketing initiatives to accelerate travel sales and drive engagement, in collaboration with internal partners
- Orchestrate the merchandising strategy of destination, promotional messaging, and revenue-generating opportunities across digital and customer servicing touchpoints
- Partner with analytics to optimize campaigns and track KPIs aligned to the travel platform goals
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of work experience in B2C, performance, or digital marketing required
- Working knowledge and experience in project management and stakeholder-relationship management required
- Experience with email marketing preferred
- Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lead through strong cross-functional partner collaboration
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Leverage a problem-solving mindset to develop process and implement strategically
- Ability to create insights-based solutions for customer needs
- Travel marketing experience preferred
