Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is seeking a highly experienced Software Developer to join a small, but advanced Operations based team.

The role will involve both supporting established applications/customer base and the development of new applications and data analytic solutions.

Candidates must have a multi-year history designing, developing, testing, documenting and sustaining solutions. A sense of ownership and support response urgency is required should an outage occur that typically requires 5x24 support using remote location connectivity. Duties include integrating and deploying web-based technologies, documenting processes, and providing direct customer interaction for both support issues/questions and training delivery.

Several established solutions provide direct Factory support while others have been developed to facilitate cross functional business processes in Planning, Supply Chain and Contracts. Candidates who desire a broader scope of knowledge in end-to-end business processes, working with new cutting-edge data analytics and Internet Of Things (IoT) technologies should apply for this position.

Primary activities include:

• Formulating and developing full stack application solutions.
• Adding features to existing applications and use data integration to minimize manual maintenance
• Developing interactive front-end capabilities using modern technologies
• Enhancing user interface and experience employing visual design best practices
• Architect new data models and develop highly responsive predictive analytics
• Learn and understand a broad range of business processes to build actionable data insights
• Maintain, train and troubleshoot user issues and software issues.
• Work in a fast pace Agile environment producing a variety of solutions

Required Skills:

• Minimally 5 years of professional experience as Full-stack C# Web application development in a fast-paced environment
• VB.Net, Python
• Entity and Knockout Framework
• Javascript using JQuery
• Microsoft SQL or other Relational Databases
• HTML5, CSS
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a US citizen as the position will require the use of US only data systems

Desired Skills:

• Graphics Design
• UI/UX Layout Design (Bootstrap)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure or similar)
• MRP/ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Math
• Experience developing for AI/ML applications
• Manufacturing experience

Required Education: Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $152,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
