Job Description

Responsible for managing reporting and analytics initiatives across BOKF . This team lead position works with a group of analysts and business partners to deliver management insights and is responsible for the most complex report development and analysis projects. This position also serves as a technical resource to support team members and objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will manage new, complex report development and analysis efforts using Power BI and development tools; and make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable through consistent data visualization and report design.
• You will proactively recommend reporting and data solutions to support business objectives and engage with assigned business areas regularly as a trusted business partner while ensuring primary stakeholders understand how to use reports through demonstrations and creation of supporting tools as needed.

• You will act as a team lead and technical resource to support projects across the team, advise team on data sources and structure, key metrics, visualization/design, reporting best practices, and helps to drive design standardization. You will also take a lead role in supporting enterprise growth, engaging directly with stakeholders to define business needs and recommend solutions. Support annual planning and strategy development.
• You will develop a thorough understanding of the information needs of the supported business areas through interviews with users and reviews of existing reporting solutions/processes. You will then recommend improvements and manage the corresponding development efforts to enhance existing reporting with a focus on data visualization and automation.
• You will manage reporting automation, data integration, routine reporting, requirement collections, documentation as well as initiatives to further standardize and centralize information across the team and supported business areas in order to effectively translate business needs into meaningful dashboards and insights.
• You will research and communicate the latest advancements in Power BI and other data visualization tools for business application while collaborating with other Power BI users to apply best practices and take lead roles in continued reporting advancement across the team.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field of study and 8 or more years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior related experience in the Banking Industry is a plus.
