We focus all hiring efforts in a few states and within driving distance of an office location to enable in-person collaboration when and where possible. Priority hiring locations are Scottsdale, AZ, Illinois, NY tri-state metro area (New Jersey, New York and Connecticut) and San Francisco, CA. On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose

Coordinates and leads the operating rhythms for our company with a thorough understanding of our organizational structure, corporate vision and risk appetite.

Essential Functions

• Drives business operating routines to inform the executive leadership team of current performance trends, socialize risks and drive decisions where appropriate
• Assists in creating content for business operating routines that tells concise yet compelling stories
• Gathers and coaches content owners through their various disciplines to identify the necessary topics to bring forward in business operating routines
• Lead extensive stakeholder management and day-to-day collaboration with internal business partners and external customers
• Provides guidance and assistance to executive planning / cadences
• Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• 15 years of business operations or business control leadership
• Demonstrated success of driving / influencing change at an executive leadership level
• Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the executive leadership level
• Experience in or partnering with financial services risk management roles
• Lead extensive stakeholder management and day-to-day collaboration with internal business partners and external customers
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change
• Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
• Highly engaged, self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance achieving business results, fostering collaboration, and influencing business strategies.
• Background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
