Sr. Enterprise Intelligence Analyst

This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on enterprise-wide analytics, specifically as it pertains to financial drivers in the CoverMyMeds organization. Working within Enterprise Intelligence team within the broader Finance group, this role will work with analytics teams and business leaders throughout the organization to identify and analyze trends relevant to the business and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will develop a working knowledge of our operational data ranging across all of our products and be able to understand and analyze the financial impact. Beyond analysis, this role will assist in developing presentations for senior leaders within the company to share findings and make recommendations to the business strategy.

What You'll Do

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees' primary responsibilities.

• Analyze large, complex data sets and extract meaningful information to solve business problems
• Develop deep understanding of CMM business units and products
• Work closely with analysts and business leaders across the organization to understand business needs
• Develop BI dash boarding to advance the financial analytics conducted at CMM
• Support the business with ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Work closely with the Finance team to quantify and predict product and network changes
• Assist in data "deep dives" that allow analysts to collaborate in a working session to analyze a business problem and make recommendations to senior leaders
• Develop financial models and predictions for future products, including quantifying market size and completing competitor analyses
• Monitor and report on daily and monthly trends compared to our forecast and budget expectations
• Develop senior level presentations and write-ups to share findings including strategy recommendations

About You

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our Enterprise Intelligence team within the Finance group, and will be able to connect the dots for clients and colleagues regarding the company's data assets. A successful data analyst can analyze large, complex data sets and extract meaningful information to help solve business challenges.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role
• Excellent business writing skills
• Experience presenting data to senior level managers
• Ability to quickly find patterns in data
• SQL proficient
• Excellent communication skills
• BI tool experience, Tableau and DOMO preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
