Pure Storage is searching for an energetic and seasoned Marketing Manager to drive Enterprise revenue in the Northeast Region. You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing and Account Based Marketing campaigns aligned to the sales priorities of the Enterprise business. We operate in a fast paced environment with aggressive growth targets, so the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and be able to deliver both strategy and execution.
What you will be doing
- Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to develop a deep understanding of their business and determine what mix of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and traditional 1:many marketing campaigns are needed to help them exceed their sales goals.
- Create a regional marketing plan that enables the sales teams to develop relationships with key customers, driving high quality pipeline and executive engagement.Â
- Work closely with the Account teams to establish clear goals for ABM accounts and deliver highly targeted multi-channel campaigns to engage key decision-makers and influencers.
- Partner with other marketing functions to leverage and adopt campaigns that are appropriate for the enterprise customer and share key insights and best practices that may benefit them.
- Plan and execute executive engagement activities, both in-house and 3rd Party.
- Deliver regular, proactive communication with sales and marketing leaders, sharing pipeline results, trends and insights. Â
- Continually evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns against Enterprise business goals and make adjustments to plans as needed.Â
- Manage enterprise marketing and hospitality budgets with excellence, ensuring spend is driving optimal impact and ROI.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Proven track record being a strategic partner to sales leadership and developing high trust relationships between sales and marketing
- Extensive knowledge and experience delivering demand generation programs and exceeding pipeline goals in the Enterprise spaceÂ
- Strategic thinking, business acumen and creativity
- Ability to represent the enterprise business to all levels of sales and marketing leadership with proactive, data-driven communicationÂ
- Team player with who is highly collaborative with other marketing and sales functions - at Pure, we succeed and win together

- Experience delivering C-level events and experiences

Requirements
- Candidates should have 8+ years’ marketing experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidate has 3+ years specifically supporting a territory, or accounts in a field marketing/ABM capacity
- Strong analytical and budget management skills
- Travel could resume to approx. 20-30%Â
Pure Storage applies a geographic based pay structure depending on an employee’s location.Â

- The annual base salary is a minimum of: $119,000. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.Â
