The Opportunity
This role will drive financial and corporate communications for Adobe, including executive communications for Adobe's Chief Financial officer, M&A & earnings communications. This individual will play an instrumental role in protecting and propelling Adobe's corporate reputation by articulating and amplifying Adobe's business and financial strategy.
- Create an executive communications platform aligned to business, financial and leadership priorities
- Drive content creation, including speech writing and slide development for CFO's internal and external communications engagements
- Partner with corporate PR on key messages and preparation for media opportunities
- Create and execute a social media strategy to engage key audiences
- Write bylines to advance thought leadership platform on critical industry topics
- Support customer and partner engagements with content creation and briefings
- Drive internal communications programs including all hands meetings and org announcements
- Support earnings and financial analyst communications in close partnership with the investor relations team
- Serve as trusted partner on important initiatives driven by the Finance organization
- Lead M&A communications, including developing and executing key messaging and driving an integrated, cross-functional communications plan pre- and post-announce
Requirements
- 10+ years of communications experience; preference for experience in the software/technology or financial services industry
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with executive communications and strong executive presence
- Experience driving M&A communications
- Excellent writer and storyteller with ability to develop relevant messaging for a variety of internal and external audiences
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Understanding of multimedia, visual storytelling and modern communications platforms
- Self-starter, highly collaborative and ability to work across multiple teams to drive outcomes
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $238,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
