Sr. Executive AssistantÂ
Strive is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to support Strive’s CEO and other members of the executive leadership team. This person will be responsible for managing and organizing calendars, arranging travel and accommodation and managing expenses and invoices. This person will drive coordination and planning of quarterly board meetings and be responsible for planning and supporting other executive team meetings. S/he should be self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability and should be an internal and external champion of Strive’s culture and values. Â
Essential Functions
- Organize and manage calendars/schedules for the CEO and light support of one other. Â
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and external executives, board members, and others  Â
- Manage all travel for CEO and one other executive including bookings, accommodation  Â
- Plan executive team meetings and planning sessions and support execution of action items and top priorities Â
- Work closely with Strive’s accounting function on expense/invoice management  Â
- Plan and organize quarterly board meetings and other ad-hoc company meetings or events Â
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced executive assistant or administrative assistant role Â
- Prior experience and ability to manage multiple workstreams & projects Â
- Business travel
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms

- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation Â
- Exceptional communication skills and tact, with the ability to understand and react to different communication styles among internal and external constituents. Â

Annual Salary Range: $95,000.00-$117,000.00
