All about the role:

In this role you willbe reporting to the Vice President of Marketing for Electrolux Major AppliancesNA and the Global Experience Marketing Director. You will be based in Charlotte,NC. The Senior Experience Marketing Manager, Peace of Mind is responsible forbuilding brand desirability and helping make engaging directly with us thepreferred choice of our consumers in the US and Canada with a focus on ourcurrent owners of Frigidaire and Electrolux products. You will be thecross-functional connection that develops the strategy and then leads theend-to-end articulation of key owner experiences, from ideation, to launch toongoing optimization, through the creation of consumer-driven outstandingcontent and execution plans.

What you'll do:

In this role your responsibilitiesinclude for our owner-focused products and services, including applianceprotection plans, warranties, appliance service offerings, spare parts, andrepurchase options, as well as our consumables and accessories for our MajorAppliances (such as water filters for refrigerators or air fry trays for ourcooking appliances). You will develop and execute on-brand marketing strategy,messaging, and go-to-market tactics for Peace of Mind initiatives to driverevenue and profitable growth, including an omnichannel approach to drive awarenessand conversion. Continuously find, test, and roll out new opportunity areas.You will represent Experience Marketing in the Commercial Triangle (Marketing,Sales, Product Line) to ensure the consumer and brand is always in focus and workwith this team to drive and advise on the key business priorities. You will bean integrated member of the North America Marketing Leadership Team (LT) andthe Global Peace of Mind Experience Marketing LT.

Other responsibilitiesmay include:

  • Lead brief development and overall planning/implementation for all Peace of Mind products and services and all assets needed to bring those benefits to life in a consumer-driven way. This work will be a close collaboration with Consumer Insights, Media, Content, Marketing Operations and Canada marketing.
  • Own input from North America into and ensure implementation of the Global Peace of Mind branded visions, messaging territories/claims, and ensuring we have differentiated offerings.
  • Contribute to Global portfolio innovation by providing input on North American consumer needs, market opportunities, and trends. This person will also serve as an expert on the Frigidaire brand/consumer within the Peace of Mind category globally.
  • Based on the Global Annual Plan, help to facilitate the North America annual plan development and governance by providing key priorities for Peace of Mind and provide guidance for the commercial agenda.
  • Influence cross-functional partners throughout the organization to find the right places to communicate the consumer/owner Peace of Mind benefits both before and after the purchase of Major appliances.

    Support customer-specific marketing strategy and execution for Peace of Mind initiatives, in partnership with Customer Marketing.
  • Have a true understanding of the different customers we serve (i.e. parts distributors, consumers, big box retailers) and how our communications need to be tailored to each.
  • Keep track of and leverage competitive/other key durable products Peace of Mind insights and messaging to ensure that our messaging is competitive and relevant.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive consumer brand management or marketing experience required; B2C services and/or CPG marketing experience preferred
