Sr. Field Activation Manager

Sr. Field Activation Manager, East or West Location: preferred: New York or Los Angeles

The Role:

The Senior Manager of Field Activation East/West will coordinate and execute field activation strategies across the designated region.

This role will lead our Field Activation efforts in close collaboration with Sales Teams and Brand Marketing teams bringing our brand to life across in store samplings, events, tradeshows, experiential activations.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Field activation strategy and team management focused on a full sampling/activation program.

· Develop annual field activation/sampling calendar strategy and monthly execution.

· Build best in class team of Brand Ambassadors team and Market Leads through JBC

· Help optimize and lead execution of sampling playbook, training, and SOPs across demos, merchandising, events, and experiential executions.

· Coordinate with Sales team and Shopper Activation manager to utilize sampling/merchandising to drive trial, awareness, and velocity for specific channels and customers.

· Create magical moments in the field across all stakeholders: consumers, retailers/operators, and distributors.

· Manage execution and planning for all trade shows (FDSV and Retail) and experiential sampling activities.

· Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of sampling/merchandising initiatives and apply learning in ongoing strategies and plans.

· Foster cross-functional engagement with internal and external partners through effective written and oral communication capabilities, a customer service attitude, a highly organized work process, and a "can-do" attitude with internal partners.

Qualifications:

· Passion for CPG and changing the food system; a love for the world of restaurants and culinary operations

· Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Word, CRM in Netsuite.

· Strong cross functional project management.

· Ability to travel 40% - 50% of the time to key markets, events, and internal meetings.

· 7+ years of experience in working in field marketing, with sampling teams, and experiential.

· Ability to properly articulate strategy and drive internal excitement across broader team.

· Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, verbal/written communication, work organization, influence management, and contract management

Compensation:  
The base salary range for this role is $111,375 - $146,813 annually, which is just one aspect of our total compensation package. In addition to the salary, this position is eligible for a potential annual bonus and equity! Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
