Role Overview:

Sr. Financial Analyst - Mgt Reporting Lead

This critical role on the Memphis finance team will support S&N's largest Orthopaedic manufacturing site and directly report to the Memphis site Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key business partner to Memphis site leadership team.
• Owner of the management reporting activities for the Memphis Orthopaedic manufacturing site
• Working closely with the Memphis site operations team to provide insights through data & analytics to drive financial performance
• Own development, maintenance, and delivery of accurate, timely, and comprehensive dashboard reporting on a recurring basis
• Drive OH spend initiatives within site by providing insights through data, and partnering across site leadership to identify opportunity areas.
• Lead consolidation of Memphis site information working closely with the Site Controller to ensure development and delivery of key site deliverables including Month Financial Reviews, Forecast & Budget Presentations. Also, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate system submissions.
• Support period end close reporting & analysis and OH spending accruals.

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Education:

• B.S or B.A. in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CPA, preferred

Experience:

• 4+ years of combination of accounting, finance, and/or FP&A
• Ideally experience working in manufacturing environment
• Familiarity in the development & delivery of management reporting

• Ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate to 'non-finance' site leadership
