What you will do:

• Serve as a key contributor to monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes.

• Assist with the global consolidation of the company’s subsidiaries and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

• Prepare and review month-end reconciliations including but not limited to accrued expenses software capitalization prepaid expenses payroll liabilities and lease liabilities.

• Provide meaningful analysis for subsidiary and corporate level financial statements.

• Assist finance team on numerous projects including the implementation of new technologies the financial statement audit and process improvements.

• Work with the operations department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of customer related operational matters.

• Communicate with department leads to identify potential accruals and accounting issues

• Review journal entries prepared by finance associates.

• Execute controls including account reconciliations and support inquiries from third-party auditors

• Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience (minimum of 2 at a Big 4 accounting firm)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.

• CPA license required.

• Experience working with publicly traded company companies is preferred.

• Strong understanding/proficiency of technical accounting

• Experience with multi-national multi-currency transactions and consolidations

• Experience in collaborating with remote colleagues and employees globally

• Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to solve practical problems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

he annual gross base salary range for this position is $86400-$108000 plus an annual bonus opportunity.
