Sr. Finance Manager

This position is part of the Operations Finance department located in Coralville, IA and will be on-site. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide financial partnership to the Coralville site operations leadership team
• Provide proactive consultation, interpretation and education of complex financial and operational matters to various departmental leaders used to drive business decisions
• Oversee Global Fixed Assets management, accounting and project accounting.
• Manage month end closing, forecasting and preparation of monthly financial and operational reporting for value streams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years exp
• People leadership experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management in both written and verbal format
• Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve plant, country or corporate objectives
• Effective decision-making skills incorporating business and operational knowledge as well as financial factors into assessment

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel occasionally – up to 10 % travel

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10lb, any other physical requirements

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• CPA or CMA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of excel and SAP also preferred
