What you will do

Under the direction of Operations Controller and Operations Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing in depth operational analysis related to the manufacturing locations across the business unit. Includes providing senior management insight into financial trends, reviewing operational performance, preparing the operational budget/financial plan and quarterly forecasts.

How you will do it

• GISC reporting for all plants.
• Analyzes monthly financial results to understand key explanations to variances versus Forecasts/Plan/Prior Year.
• Leads Monthly GISC Ops Review deck creation and prepares independently input for internal ops reviews.
• Implement standard bridge format from plants - work with FD's to roll up by PBU.
• Summarize weekly outlooks at the plan level for operational leadership
• Partner with finance directors and operational leads and play a role in driving the factories growth and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track CI and manufacturing initiatives and drive accountability
• Provide insight, support and partnership to the FD's and operational leaders in the area of planning, forecasting and decision support analysis.
• Lead the process of operational financial planning.
• Monitor CAPEX spend / investments / CIP (CIP review)
• Acts as key liaison with GISC FP&A to ensure all requirements are met.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Background in all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including a minimum 3 years accounting or financial experience.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities.
• Must have the ability to work and be effective in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.
• Individual PC skills, particularly with Onestream are a must.
