We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH.
This role can be hybrid or 100% remote
As a member of our Global Finance Team, you will play a key role in the strategic financial direction of the company. In this role you will have day-to-day interaction with finance senior management, business leaders and other functions including accounting and IT. In addition to supporting financial leadership to the organization, this fast-paced role will be involved in forecasting, M&A, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
How you’ll contribute:
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across segments and functional areas.
- Drive visibility and accountability for Bottomline’s Legal Spend Management segment performance against targets.
- Partner with Product (CPO) organization to drive strategic initiatives and performance
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
- Build and maintain detailed cost forecasting and reporting models
- Develop financial analysis, variance analysis & modeling
- Standard monthly, quarterly reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs
- Drive efficiencies and consistency across internal reporting
- Assist with the optimization and administration of financial reporting systems
What will make you successful:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant progressive experience, software industry preferred
- Proven track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and the continued growth of the organization
- Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong system and Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines & independently manage multiple projects and requests effectively
