Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to collaborate with the Supply Chain team in analyzing and optimizing material and logistics cost planning. This position is based in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities will be the following:

• Document the materials and logistics operation processes and data flows.
• Analyze and report on the financial performance of supply chain operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS), materials, and logistics.
• Prepare monthly gross margin forecasts for projects, including comparisons and commentary.
• Contribute to the part number streamlining project to enhance quoting and operational efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction across procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and other supply chain functions while maintaining operational efficiency and service levels.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, inventory, and logistics, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement actionable strategies for improvement.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and other market variables.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls, enhance reporting accuracy, and optimize overall financial performance within the supply chain.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline data collection, reporting, and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Finance or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• Over 5+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Accounting, and FP&A
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Data Analytics tools, such as BI, SQL or Tableau
• Exceptional communication skills and great with partnership

Salary Range Applicable to California: $120K-$150K
