Your Role:
As the Sr. Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets group, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure that Faraday Future delivers on its vision of creating a forward-thinking mobility ecosystem that integrates clean energy, AI, and the Internet. You will be intimately involved in all projects to support the capital and strategic needs to scale the FF 91 and future mobility platforms and vehicles, including assisting in live capital raise transaction execution, developing financial models and valuations by working closely with cross functional teams.Â
Responsibilities:
- Assist Capital Markets team by providing support on various ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses.
- Create frameworks to tackle complex financial problems; drive diagnostic rigor in making financial decisions; analyze opportunities to develop actionable solutions through data-driven processes.
- Developing market intelligence and insights on key industry trends (market size & opportunity, business model, technology, IP, competitors, customers, etc.) as well as competitor activities (M&A, investments, partnerships, etc.), and their strategic implications to Faraday Future
- Work with the Capital Markets & Finance teams to support, create, and implement sourcing strategies for acquisitions or equity investments.
- Assisting in live corporate development and capital raise transaction executions. Negotiate key legal documents and bring transactions over the finish line.
- Create tailored presentations for investors across different geographies.
- Lead key modules of strategy projects and orchestrate work streams across the Corporate Strategy team. Act as a thought leader on Faraday’s strategy.
- Source, screen and propose investments, partnerships and M&A opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduated from a top tier school with bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in an analyst role in investment banking, private equity or corporate development and/or a minimum of 7 years in financial analysis
- Ability to engage with middle/senior management to understand needs, communicate findings.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, high proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and deep research skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines to meet strategic business objectives
- Self-starter with strong financial and business modeling and analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a natural tendency to “question the status quo”
- Enthusiastic attitude for getting into the details
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to plan and communicate the strategy and pay close attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA) highly desirable
Annual Salary Range:
$105,000 to $120,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
