The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Marketing & Strategy Organization (GMS) Finance team as we continue to propel the business forward through key analysis and provide influential insights. In this role, you will serve as the financial business partner to the global media teams. This team spends most of the marketing budget as due to shift to digital marketing. What you'll Do
- Provide spend management, insights to facilitate informed decision making, metrics to help grow and sustain infrastructure and predictiblity.
- Present and guide stakeholders through monthly and quarterly close activities
- Forecast, track, monitor key business drivers, prepare analysis to explain anomalies, lead the resolution of issues by working across cross functional stakeholders.
- Report out to key stakeholders on spend by Business segments.
- In-depth understanding of business and support their key priorities
- Lead the Quarterly and Annual Operating Plan for the groups you support
- Design process efficiencies to support business at scale
- Lead various ad hoc projects to drive continual operational improvements, framework enhancements in support of generating meaningful data-driven insights
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
- Strong analytical and accounting skills; Outstanding communication and business partnership skills, must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications/business impact and provide recommendations
- High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
- Sophisticated Excel skills are crucial, comfortable working in PowerPoint, and experience in Tableau and Anaplan are preferred. SFDC, SAP, TM1 are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
- 7+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 -- $184,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
