Sr. Financial Analyst

The Sr. Analyst / Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis performs a broad range of planning and analysis to aid the business in accurate financial forecasting and measurement and understanding of financial results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitors actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets, determines trends, and explains financial results
• Prepares detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management
• Leads consolidation of a wide range of operating and financial projections for the development of short-term and long-term business plans
• Partners with internal customers to provide relevant information to help solve business challenges
• Identifies and implements process improvements for better efficiency & effectiveness within the finance team
• Prepares business unit financial statements and related general ledger reconciliations

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA highly preferred.
• 5 years progressive experience in Finance and Accounting positions, with a strong emphasis on analyzing financial data. Previous FP&A experience preferred.
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing companies a plus.
• Excellent mathematical & analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with all individuals at every level of the company
• Experience and high comfort level presenting financial reports to all levels of the organization, including the Board of Directors.
• High integrity and trustworthiness with confidential information
