What you'll be doing:

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and leadership in support of the Finance Manager and the New Business Development Sales Team. The Senior Financial Analyst are expected to provide critical analysis and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst is expected to manage desperate information and propose solutions for the development of new business proposals and processes.

  • Expected to produce dependable and accurate work product that requires minimal review and checking.
  • Must stay on top of industry best practices and suggest solutions based on findings.
  • Expected to carefully consider the way that work is presented and include summarized analysis, data, and visual presentation that is most appropriate for each situation.
  • Must communicate effectively with other departments including but not limited to: IT, Accounting, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations.
  • Must take ownership of creation and distribution of various reports and reporting needs.
  • By month twelve the associate should have a well-defined reporting schedule that includes regional reports tailored to the operator's needs, executive level reporting and analysis. Success will be measured not only by the consistency of the timing, but also the accurate and presentable work product. This reporting and analysis should also be followed up with actionable suggestions/ideas. The associate will also ensure that all action items are followed through, and outcomes are driven from the suggestions.
  • Serve as mentor and lead for another analyst of the Financial Analytics team.
  • Expected to suggest and find solutions to complex problems where no clear solution exists.
  • All work should be done in a way that is traceable, explainable, and with thought to how it can be easily replicated for various scenario changes.
  • Should have well-formed relationships with regional operators and be seen as a go to for revenue related operations questions.

  • Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner via phone, e-mail, business letters and fax.
  • Must be able to work under moderate stress and pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
