Sr. Financial Analyst

Role Summary:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing performance metrics, and providing valuable insights to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in both AU and the US, including but not limited to Accounting, Operations, and Marketing. You will contribute to strategic planning and help shape the financial success of our business.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Analyze financial data, including sales reports and operating expenses

- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the business

- Assist the Sr. FP&A Manager and CFO in performing financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis 

- Participate in reporting and modeling to present to company leadership

- Assist in developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data

- Partner with Leadership to implement essential reporting that specifically analyzes their department/business

- Ad hoc reporting on an as needed basis

If you can accomplish the above, you’ve got what it takes. Realistically though, you will have:

-BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance

-5+ years Finance experience 

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office: specifically, Microsoft Excel Ex: Pivot Tables & V-Look Ups preferred

-Experience with Netsuite ERP software a plus

-Prior E-commerce and/or Retail experience is a plus

-Moderate accounting knowledge

Salary banding: 105-120k
