Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze product cost models.
• Prepare departmental expense reports and provide recommendations.
• Expenses review to ensure that they are being recorded properly.
• Prepare and analyze financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts, etc.
• Prepare headcount report and analyze headcount movement.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards on financial results for the factory.
• Support the respective business leaders on delivering the annual operating plan and long-term plan,

and how to drive a sustainable business financially.
• Work closely with internal teams on actions plans, forecasting, and planning.
• Support ad-hoc analysis per assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.

· 4-5 years Big Four experience.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command in English.

· Work well under pressure and tight deadlines, ability to multitask and flexible for changes.

· Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

· Advanced Excel and data analytics including ability of utilizing BI tools is a plus.
